You may put any wording on any item to reflect your special occasion. Please keep in mind the size of the card and the amount of printable space. We suggest you use our examples as guidelines when you choose your wording.

2. Free Proof
Olive Branch Papery offers a free proof with the type setting you have chosen. Your proof will be sent to you via email within 3-5 business days following receipt of your order. As soon as you approve your proof, your order will be processed.
Please check your proof very carefully. If there are any mistakes or missing information, please notify us immediately. Once we have received your proof approval, we will begin printing your order exactly the way it was approved. Olive Branch Papery is not responsible for any errors once we have received approval and print the order according to the setup on the approved proof.

3. Processing Your Order
The processing time begins the day you approve your proof, not the day you place your order. Please note that all orders will be processed and shipped 7-10 business days from receipt of order. If you need a rush order, please let us know. Extra fees may apply.

5. Changes and Cancellations
Before your order is printed, we are happy to make any changes you would like before you approve your proof. There is no charge to make changes to your proof before it is approved. After we receive your proof approval or if you have chosen not to receive a proof, your order cannot be cancelled.

6. Error Free Guarantee
If Olive Branch Papery prints an error on our side, we will reprint your order at no charge. Olive Branch Papery must receive notice of any errors within 7 days of receiving your order.

7. Returns
Olive Branch Papery does not accept returns on custom-printed orders. If there is an error made on your order that differs from your approved proof, than our error free guarantee will be implemented. You may be asked to send your order back so that we may examine it. Shipping charges for all orders that are shipped out are non-refundable.

15. Photograph Requirements
If you ordered an item that requires a digital file as part of the printing process, please make sure the filename includes your name and contains no spaces. An example of an acceptable filename is "LilyTaylor-baby-Sue.jpg" . You may upload your photo directly on the page where you place your order.
If you prefer, you may also send your digital photograph to designs@olivebranchpapery.com. As a reminder, the quality of the final project depends solely on the quality of the digital photograph submitted.
Acceptable digital file formats include JPEG and TIF with a minimum resolution of 150dpi. Upon request, at no additional charge, photos can be converted to black & white.

16. Permission Statement
Upon submission of your order, you represent to Olive Branch Papery that you own the image or have permission from the copyright holder or other owner to reproduce the image and that the reproduction of the image will not violate the rights of any other person.
